Later on he practiced diving and played competitive underwater hockey for many years.

He says he cannot ever imagine spending more than a week out of the swimming pool!

He has over 14 years of professional teaching and you can be assured that he will pass on his love of swimming to your child!

Juan is passionate about sport and achieving goals, which he believes have instilled important values in his life such as persistence and fellowship.

He says swimming “It’s all about instilling a lifelong habit of sport and health to young people and develop essential life-skills such as balance, self esteem, coordination, confidence and the ability to concentrate”

Outside of lessons, Juan enjoys playing tennis, trampolining, skateboarding, skiing in winter, snorkeling in summer, reading and playing guitar.
